Patch testing is required 48hours prior to the following treatments;Eyelash tintingEyebrow tintingEyelash permingEyelash extensionsPlease be aware that patch testing is to prevent any allergic/adverse reactions. You are responsible to inform us if you have not had a patch test before to prevent any reaction.We do not accept any responsabilty if you have failed to notify us of this. Patch testing is free of charge and only takes a few minutes. We do not permit any children in the treatment rooms due to health & safety regulations. Only the client being treated is allowed in the room with the therapist at any one time.
We require 24 hours notice for any cancellation or change of appointment, failure to do so will incur a 50% charge of the treatment cost. Deposits are asked to secure bookings over 30 min appointments or if you have failed to attend an appointment without notice in the past. You will lose your deposit if you do not give us sufficient notice of 24 hours to change or cancel a booking.
