Guild Training International is the training arm of the Guild of Professional Beauty Therapists, the UK’s largest trade body and provider of insurance for the professional beauty sector.
So with a GTi course at Aviva Academy, you really are training with the professionals. All courses are fast track.
Theory is all completed in your own time online, this normally takes 1-2 weeks depending on the time you commit to it.
Once you have completed and passed all theory, you will then partake in practical training at Aviva Academy. This is normally 4 to 9 hours hands on training, depending on the course. We also offer further mentoring days to help expand your training further.
At Aviva, the flexible online learning combined with intensive practical training suits many busy schedules, it can fit around family and current work commitments, its convenient and we like to keep classes small for a more one to one learning within our teaching technique. Enrolment details:
Once you have booked your training course and paid the enrolment and theory fee of £25 with The Guild, you will be able complete the theory modules for the course right away. Once you have completed the theory modules, a practical session code will be displayed on the final module which you can pass on to your chosen training school. When you have successfully completed your practical training, your tutor will pass you and a GTi Certificate will be available for you to download or purchase on your portal.
Don’t forget, you can obtain Guild insurance upon completion of your course with a discount of £25 if you upgrade within 3 months of enrolling!
Refund policy:
We have a clear and fair refund policy that is published below and on the Gti website. A full refund will be offered less the cost of any supporting training materials that have already been despatched (books, DVDs, kits etc) on any training course order that is cancelled within 7 days providing the student has not started/opened the first theory module of the course. Students may cancel the course up to 28 days after ordering provided they have not started/opened the first theory training module of the course. The refund available in this case is 75% of the cost of the course less the cost of any supporting training material that has already been despatched (books, DVDs, Kits etc) After 28 days of the order, or once students have successfully completed the first theory training module and started the second theory training module, whichever is the soonest, no refund is available.
All certificates for GTi courses are issued by Guild Training International on completion.
